Become a certified Fearless Organization Scan practitioner and maximize your team's potential

Fearless Organization Scan is an essential tool for measuring the level of Psychological Safety in teams, which significantly contributes to the evolution of organizational culture.

Psychological safety promotes constructive dialogue, positive group dynamics, and enhances performance.

Based on over 30 years of research, Professor Amy Edmondson, together with Bright Instruments, launched in 2019 the Fearless Organization Scan digital platform, specially designed for assessing psychological safety at the team level.

Who is this program for?

The accreditation required for applying the questionnaire in organizations has a unified approach at an international level, with specific training addressing two types of practitioners:

  • those who work independently with organizations as coaches, consultants or facilitators
  • internal practitioners, employed by organizations.

The certification program develops the skills necessary to administer, interpret, and use FOS in organizations to identify the Psychological Safety levels of teams.

A certification program includes a minimum of two facilitators and up to 14 participants. Upon request, TREND can offer in-house certification programs.

Certification Program in 4 modules:

01.

Base

Understanding the main concepts (3 hours, group)

Understanding the concept of psychological safety. How psychological safety manifests itself in teams. Introducing the Fearless Organization Scan (FOS) questionnaire. Why is it recommended to measure the level of psychological safety using FOS?

02.

Process

Delivering a Team Debriefing (3 hours)

Leader and team training, project setup in the portal. Statistical validation. Analysis of results and interpretation of data generated by FOS. Debrief session with the team.

03.

Application

Leaders toolkit and case studies (3 hours)

Exploring how FOS reflects team dynamics and how practitioners can identify valuable, relevant information. Preparing for a debrief session – at team or organizational level.

04.

Internship

Presentations and Debriefing Experience and Commercial Aspects (3 hours, group)

Sharing debriefing experiences and insights. Tips and pitfalls, Fearless Organization scan pricing, supervision and consultation options.
