Our history

TREND Consult, an entrepreneurial company with 100% Romanian capital, was founded with the mission of transforming organizations into healthy entities, where people find meaning and fulfillment. Without initial investments, the company relied on the dedication of its founders and quickly became a leader in training and consulting. TREND is especially recognized for building and implementing learning journeys (learning journeys, #evolutionjourney) and is constantly evolving alongside clients, partners and employees.

launching Eagle's Flight Central Europe in Vienna marked the first international expansion for Trend Consult Group. Through its partnership with the Canadian organization Eagle's Flight, TREND became a regional partner for companies in Central and Eastern Europe. It introduced the concept of experiential learning in Austria, strengthening the group's regional presence. Eagle's Flight CEE delivered innovative experiences until 2014, when operations were reunified in Romania.

TREND Consult has expanded into Poland, to bring its training and consulting expertise to a new market. Although operations ceased in 2015, the experience was valuable, highlighting the importance of understanding local market dynamics, adapting solutions to the cultural context, and building strong local networks. These lessons have strengthened the company’s approach to international expansion, bringing greater clarity and strategy to entering new markets.

Business Health Bar (BHB) was launched to develop advanced tools for organizational diagnosis and individual competency assessment. With a focus on organizational culture and interpersonal skills, BHB provides consultants with methods to explore cultural dynamics, motivational factors, and strategic opportunities in organizations. BHB tools significantly contribute to the alignment between people's competencies and organizational objectives.

ZING Experience has reinvented the classic concept of team building through events directed towards clear objectives, adapted to the needs of organizations. ZING offers useful insights extracted from team activities, promoting collaboration, communication and performance through personalized solutions and certified facilitators.

SETTING TCG International Holding unified all the company's projects, providing a strategic structure for global growth and innovation. Being the only entity in the group organized as a joint-stock company (JSC), it offers flexibility for future initiatives such as listing on the stock exchange or attracting strategic investors.
