(2) EVOLUTION JOURNEY SRL, Romanian legal entity, with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Str Menuetului, No. 8, Section 1, room 2, Floor 3, Apartment 4, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/27/2017, Fiscal Registration Code 38648191, represented by Adrian Florea- administrator, party hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as "Evolution Journey"
(3) BUSINESS SCANNERS SRL, Romanian legal entity, with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Menuetului Street no. 8, Section 1, 4th floor, ap. 5, room 4, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/905/2019, Unique Fiscal Registration Code 40501191, represented by Marius Merlușcă – administrator, party hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as “BScan”
(4) DAILY LAMA INTERNATIONAL SRL, Romanian legal entity, with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Str. Menuetului no. 8, section 1, room 4, et.3, ap.4, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7217/2024, CUI 49887259, represented by George Olteanu – administrator, party hereinafter referred to in this Contract as “Daily Lama”
(5) THE ZING EXPERIENCE SRL Romanian legal entity, with registered office in Bucharest, sector 1, str. Menuetului no. 8, section 1, floor 3, ap. 4, room 4, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/3418/2023, Fiscal Registration Code 47678418, represented by Ionel Buliga – administrator, party hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as “Zing”
All as Associated operators, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Society", processes your personal data, pursuant to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation/"GDPR").
The company respects the privacy of all customers, potential customers and website visitors. www.trendconsult.eu ("The website") and will treat/process personal data under appropriate technical and organizational security conditions in accordance with this document (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy" or the "Document"), which we recommend that you read carefully, together with the Terms and Conditions of Use.

"The contract" or "Terms and Conditions"" means the consensual distance understanding between the client and us, without their simultaneous physical presence, regarding the purchase of Services or Products on the Site, in compliance with the legal provisions and the terms and conditions for the online provision of services or the provision of services.

The other terms used in this document have the meaning conferred by the GDPR and the other applicable legal provisions.
Personal data is collected with your consent, if it is provided knowingly, voluntarily, on your own initiative. When we ask you to fill in personal data to provide you with access to certain functionalities or services of the site, we will mark some fields as mandatory, because this is information that we need to be able to provide you with the service or to provide you with access to that functionality.

In order to carry out our current activity, when you browse our website, when you send us a request by e-mail or contact us for any other purpose and on any other communication channel, including for the purpose of carrying out contractual activity, you can communicate to us the following personal data, which we collect directly from you (for example, by filling out a form on the website) or from other sources:
- First and last name, email address and mobile/landline phone number and optionally, address and name of the company you work for
We process this data for the purpose of: creating an account on the site; carrying out the Company's commercial/contractual activity; organizing and conducting web conferences; for invoicing and collecting the value of the products/services offered by the Company; to comply with the legislation; preventing fraud and other crimes; developing and improving products/services; marketing, promotion, advertising, publicity, contests, including the transmission of general or personalized commercial offers, direct marketing (only if we have your prior consent).
We process the data indicated above on the following grounds: conclusion or execution of a contract (your voluntary participation in the conferences organized within the Site represents a contract between you and the Company); legal obligation; consent; Legitimate interest.

- Active Campaign – with the help of which email marketing campaigns are organized
There are situations in which we process your personal data according to the association agreement between associated operators, collected through applications and platforms owned by them:
- So Nexy – the platform owned by the associated operator EVOLUTION JOURNEY SRL, a new social network based on education and learning
- Daily Lama – science-based meditation and contextual learning application, owned by the associated operator DAILY LAMA INTERNATIONAL SRL
- STELL*R certification program – provides the knowledge and coherent methodology for carrying out complex organizational transformation projects.
- Fearless Organization Scan certification program – an essential tool for measuring the level of Psychological Safety in teams, which significantly contributes to the evolution of organizational culture.
- Experiential learning sessions (e.g. Gold of the Desert King, The Bucket): designed to develop essential skills and provide new perspectives to participants
- Events or Workshops designed to inspire, support and connect people with the same interest in personal and professional development.
In addition to the information indicated above, we may also collect the following information, depending on the circumstances:
- How you interact with our website (for example, information about how and when you access our website or what device you use to access the website). For more information on this, please see our Cookie Policy.
- Information provided when you fill out forms or questionnaires;
- Content of messages sent via messaging systems and e-mail.
- If you make purchases of products and services offered by the Site, certain payment information (bank card details) will be collected, but will be stored by our processing partners in a way that we cannot read and cannot access that data.
In addition to the purposes listed above, we also process your personal data for the following purposes:

- Processing of personal data for promotional (marketing) purposes
To the extent that we have obtained your prior consent or you are already a client of the Company, the personal data provided by you (e.g. name and surname, email address, mobile/landline telephone number) may be processed by the Company in compliance with your rights, in particular the right to information and opposition, for the following purposes: marketing (including direct marketing), contests, advertising lotteries, making commercial communications for the Company's products and services, including those developed together with partners, sending invitations to events, through any means of communication, including through electronic communications services.
You can object to direct marketing and/or withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in each email: "unsubscribe" or "Unsubscribe" or by sending a request to this effect to office@trendconsult.ro.
- Duration of personal data processing
In order to achieve the aforementioned purposes, the Company will process your personal data for the entire period of the contracted Services, respectively for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes, but no more than 5 years from the termination of the contract or for the period imposed on us by law or until the moment when the data subject or the legal representative exercises the right to object/delete (except in the case where the Company processes the data based on a legal obligation or justifies a legitimate interest).
Following the conclusion of the personal data processing operations, for the purpose for which they were collected, if the data subject or his/her legal representative does not exercise the right to object/delete, according to the law, these data will be destroyed/deleted from the Company's information systems or transformed into anonymous data to be used for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes.
- What security measures are used to protect your data?
Trend Consult hereby informs you that it constantly evaluates and updates the security measures implemented to ensure the safe and secure processing of personal data.
In order to avoid the unlawful use of personal data, as well as possible abuses, we use security methods and technologies, together with appropriate policies and work procedures, to protect the personal data collected. The complete security of data transmitted via the Internet can never be guaranteed. While the Company makes every effort to protect personal data, the security of data transmitted to the Company's website cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Any transmission of data is at the risk of the data subjects. Once personal data is received, the Company uses strict security procedures and measures against unauthorized, unlawful use, destruction, accidental loss or disclosure of personal data.
- Transfers of personal data
We may disclose your data, in compliance with applicable law, to business partners or other third parties, who do not have the role of processing the data, but have access to them in the performance of their tasks or in their interactions with the Company, such as companies providing technical maintenance or financial auditors. The personal data indicated above may also be made available or transmitted to third parties in the following situations: (i) public authorities, auditors or institutions with competence in carrying out inspections and controls on the activity and assets of the Company, which request the Company to provide information, by virtue of the latter's legal obligations; (ii) to comply with a legal requirement or to protect the rights and assets of our Company, such as courts.
In the context of carrying out the operations described above, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Data transfers outside the EU and the European Economic Area may only be made under the conditions provided for by specific national and EU legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
- What are your rights?
By reading this document, Data Subjects have been informed of the rights they benefit from, according to the applicable legal provisions, namely: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to opposition and the automated individual decision-making process. Data Subjects are also recognized as having the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority and to institute a judicial remedy.
At the same time, when the processing is carried out on the basis of consent, the data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent at any time in writing, addressed to the Company, under the terms of the legislation applicable to the Contract, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The data subjects also have the right to object at any time, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, using, where applicable, the unsubscribe function included in the marketing materials.
For other purposes, data subjects have the right to object, at any time, free of charge, to the processing of personal data they provide to the Company, stating the data and the purpose in question, only for justified and legitimate reasons, related to their particular situation, except in cases where the Company demonstrates that it has legitimate and compelling reasons which justify the processing and which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court. In case of unjustified opposition, the Company is entitled to continue processing the data in question.
By reading this document, the Data Subjects have become aware of and understand that the personal data provided to the Company constitute determining elements for accessing the services offered by the Company and/or carrying out the commercial/contractual activity.
If the Data Subjects, directly or through a representative, exercise their rights mentioned above in a manifestly unfounded, unjustified or excessive manner, in particular due to their repetitive nature, the Company may:
– either charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the measures requested;
– or refuse to comply with the request.
Also, if the Data Subjects exercise their right to object in a manifestly unfounded, unjustified or excessive manner, in particular due to their repetitive nature, the Company is entitled to consider the Contract concluded with the client as legally terminated, without any other formality or intervention by the courts, except for prior notification.

We will try to respond to your request within one month. However, this period may be extended depending on various factors, such as the complexity of the request, the large number of requests received or the impossibility of identifying you within a reasonable time. If, despite our best efforts, we are unable to identify you and you do not provide us with additional information to enable us to identify you, we will not be able to respond to your request.
This Privacy Policy may be subject to occasional changes/updates. All updates and modifications to this Policy are effective immediately upon notification, which we will provide by posting on the Site and/or email notification.
