In a professional environment where collaboration is essential, developing teamwork skills becomes a decisive factor in achieving common goals. The course Teamwork skills is designed to support the formation of effective professional relationships, based on trust, respect and shared responsibility.

The program emphasizes active engagement in conversations and participants' ability to understand their colleagues' perspectives. Through practical exercises, they develop their attention to group dynamics and the ability to consider both the points of view and feelings of other team members.

Another important objective of the course is to establish and maintain positive relationships within the team. Participants learn to formulate thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely, facilitating open and effective communication. At the same time, the skills of providing and receiving constructive feedback are developed, essential for the continuous improvement of collective performance.

Managing difficult situations is also addressed in an applied way. The course provides tools for approaching and resolving conflicts in a constructive, solution-oriented way and maintaining group cohesion. Participants are encouraged to ensure an inclusive climate, in which each team member has the opportunity to contribute to the decision-making process.

Shared responsibility is another pillar of the training: trainees learn to take ownership of both the team's successes and failures. At the same time, they develop the ability to effectively guide group discussions and activities, as well as to recognize and appreciate the contributions of colleagues.

By strengthening these skills, participants become more engaged, collaborative, and results-oriented team members.
