The STELL*R leadership model
A healthy organizational culture is fundamental to the success of your business!
The STELL*R model uses high-performance leadership principles to guide you in making strategic decisions and implementing change.
Culture.
Leadership.
Results.

STELL*R starts from a simple observation: organizational results come from repeated, habitual, normal behaviors – that is, from habits.
The results of an organization are directly influenced by the habits of the people who are part of it. Organizational culture is the sum of the habits of the people in an organization. In other words, culture is the source of results.
Our team of consultants researched the factors that contribute to changing habits. We identified the most influential ones and integrated them into the STELL*R model.
